"Getting Things Done": Propulsion Systems and Submodality Manipulation to Take Action Now!

Have you ever wondered why some people are able to immediately take action to complete a goal, while other people keep putting off taking action until the last moment?

Maybe you manage other people and can't understand why some people are easy to motivate while others don't respond.

Or maybe you want to be able to get more things done more quickly, rather than putting things off again and again.

At this meetup, we'll look at Propulsion Systems, the primary thought patterns people use to get started and complete tasks. We'll also work with the Submodalities within these strategies, so you can make any strategy work better now.

When you understand how different people motivate themselves in different ways, you'll be able to identify a person's strategy and use it to help that person get things done (even if "that person" is you).

This meeting is being organized through Meetup.com and will be held at Panera, 875 Bethel Rd., in Columbus (Olentangy Plazy, at the corner of Bethel and Jasonway, somewhat near Microcenter).

Have you studied hypnosis? Or do you just want to learn more about it?

Whether you're a working hypnotist, a licensed NLP Practitioner or simply have an interest in discovering how to harness the power of your mind, the Heart of Ohio chapter of Sleepwalkers International is for you.

This is a serious, hands-on hypnosis practice group. We get together monthly and practice structured exercises. You do the work and you will learn. Our meetings are in the Columbus area, and people have come from as far away as Dayton and Cincinnati to attend them because we are the only active organization of our kind in the entire state.

Membership is open to all. It is useful to have an understanding of the basics of hypnosis to get the most out of some meetings, but beginners are welcome and you will find that you can quickly become comfortable with the material.

Meetings are free of charge. If there will be a token charge to cover the cost of the meeting room or a visiting speaker (if any), this will be noted in the announcement of that meeting.

To find out more, click here. This link takes you to our Yahoo! group page, where you can sign up for our mailing list. All meeting notices will be posted there and the list will serve as a forum for Columbus-area hypnotists, NLP-ers, and practitioners and students of related disciplines to communicate between meetings.

If you have any questions, please post them to the group's mailing list or contact me directly.

Sincerely,

Jeffrey A. Richards
